But what emerges from the infographic?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_8550\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-8550\" style=\"width: 1024px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nielsen.com\/content\/dam\/nielsenglobal\/eu\/images\/insights\/Millenial_Mindset_Infographic_JPG.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8550 size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/lunapartner.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Millenial_Mindset_Infographic_JPG-1024x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Millenial_Mindset_Infographic\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-8550\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">The Nielsen infographic reveals <strong>trends useful for the new market&#8230;<\/strong>&#8230;<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>Generation Y<\/strong>, raised alongside technology and at the forefront of the social media scene, <strong>is the target market that businesses must focus on to stay competitive and successful<\/strong>. The data collected reveals a generation centered on &#8220;<strong>us<\/strong>,&#8221; &#8220;<strong>now<\/strong>,&#8221; and &#8220;<strong>more<\/strong>.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The &#8220;young adult&#8221; category, which includes the majority of Millennials, is expected to have limited purchasing power; however, this group represents <strong>24% of the global population<\/strong>, is highly active on social networks, and is inclined <strong>toward online shopping and the sharing economy.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>These are enough figures to allow them to influence every sector, from media involved in the <strong>technological revolution<\/strong> to dining and entertainment venues integrated into <strong>social trends.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The use of old information systems is being enriched and integrated: 66% <strong>of Millennials watch television while browsing the internet,<\/strong> and 62% say they appreciate live-interactive broadcasts and are <strong>likely to use social media.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The widespread availability of connectivity leads <strong>Millennials<\/strong> <strong>to prioritize the present moment<\/strong>: products, even before being innovative and high-quality, must be available immediately. Consider the <strong>different communication speed between Generation Y and Baby Boomers<\/strong>\u2014their parents\u2014and the resulting need for faster dynamics: with the exception of cutting-edge services like Amazon Prime, Nielsen highlights how home delivery services far surpass e-commerce sites. Even in entertainment, the availability of streaming services, with the ability to make content and videos <strong>accessible at any time<\/strong>, is taking over the traditional subscription model for TV and private networks.<\/p>\n<p>This surplus of information and real or perceived awareness drives Millennials to <strong>want the best<\/strong>, or at least more than they already have.
