{"id":12468,"date":"2016-03-29T10:43:12","date_gmt":"2016-03-29T08:43:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.lunapartner.it\/accadde-oggi-facebook-app-ricordi\/"},"modified":"2024-12-16T10:28:24","modified_gmt":"2024-12-16T09:28:24","slug":"accadde-oggi-facebook-app-ricordi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lunapartner.it\/en\/accadde-oggi-facebook-app-ricordi\/","title":{"rendered":"Facebook&#8217;s On This Day: the App of Memories!"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row kd_background_image_position=&#8221;vc_row-bg-position-top&#8221;][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Can we define ourselves as a people of nostalgia or as people who live in the &#8220;here and now&#8221;?<\/p>\n<p>To answer this question, we could <strong>analyze the data that Facebook provides on the use of its &#8220;On This Day&#8221;<\/strong> app, which, just over a year after its launch, is consulted daily by about 60 million users, while <strong>155 million have activated notifications for memories<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Perhaps not everyone knows that Facebook doesn&#8217;t always show us <strong>our past statuses and photos <\/strong>directly on the News Feed; in the applications, to the left of the Home Page, there is the On This Day icon, which contains all, and I mean all, the content posted on the same day, if it exists, of each year.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If you haven&#8217;t checked it out yet, do it!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Maybe, like me, you&#8217;ll realize that you&#8217;ve posted more content than you think, that years pass, things change, people take different paths, and some emotions remain.<\/p>\n<p><strong>But be careful!
