Motorola, already owned by Lenovo since 2014, may no longer be seen on the market, but it will not disappear from memory.<\/p>\n

The Chinese company has clarified that it will continue to be the engine of the group’s smartphone design, development, and production, but from a marketing perspective, the new Moto will be exclusively associated with Lenovo.<\/p>\n

Defined by Motorola itself as the end of a chapter, here’s why we will never forget it;<\/p>\n

\"autoradio<\/a># 1930. The Galvin Manufactoring Corporation,<\/strong> founded in 1928, launched the car radio and, thanks to its popularity in the automotive sector, decided to change its name to Motorola (“Sound in motion”).<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a># 1940. <\/strong>Motorola launched the first Walkie-Talkie, the Handie-Talkie SCR536<\/strong>, which played a crucial role in World War II.<\/p>\n

# 1969. The first word from the Moon was transmitted by a Motorola transceiver.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"3\"<\/a># 1973. <\/strong>Motorola prepared the DynaTac prototype, which was commercialized 11 years later. It was made of plastic and weighed almost a kilogram.<\/p>\n

\"4\"<\/a># 1989<\/strong>. The MicroTAC<\/strong>, one of the first flip phones<\/strong>, was very popular throughout the 1990s. Ten years later, thanks to the Timeport<\/strong>, tourists and travelers could, for the first time, move around and continue using the same phone while crossing continents.<\/p>\n
